BREAKFAST (N)ICE CREAM
Need: Blender, Frozen bananas (1.5 large per serving), 6 frozen strawberries
- Let frozen fruit sit out for 8-10 minutes to slightly thaw.
- Blend fruit on high NOTE: blender needs to be pretty powerful, you can use a food processor if you have it
- You may need to take a spoon and scrap down the sides of the blender to regroup the fruit a few times. MAKE SURE THE BLENDER IS UNPLUGGED OR REMOVED FROM THE BASE WHEN DOING THIS! I had to do this like 4 times for mine
- Consistency should be creamy
