Sag Harbor is a cute little town that is full of restaurants and shops. It is probably my favorite town to hang out when I am out here. There are several great places to eat, shop, and my favorite coffee shop is located here.

There are a few cute surf shops along the strip. There is also this fun shop called Flash Back, which has some cute lounging clothes. If you are like me and like to admire yachts while secretly googling the names to see how much it costs to rent for the week then there is a beautiful dock for you to do so here.

Let's get into places to eat! There is this health food store called Provisions that has prepared food to order in the back. Everything I have had on their menu has been amazing. I bring anyone that visits me here and it is always one of the places they want to go back to. It is a breakfast and lunch spot and is super easy and healthy! They have a ton of vegetarian and vegan options.

Sen is one of our favorites, right in Sag Harbor Town! It is a Japanese restaurant with the best Sushi in the area. It is expensive but well worth it.

Finally, this is where you will find the best coffee in the area. Sagtown Coffee has a local surf vibe with quality coffee. Coffee is one of my favorite things and it is a huge bummer that Starbucks is really my only option in East Hampton.

Based off the name I am sure you could guess but there is a harbor here and there are some very large yachts and some super modern speedboats that pass through. If you are into boats there is a dock you can hang out on and admire them ⚓️
