GET READY FOR WARM WEATHER PROGRAM
In these odd times of social distancing, I wanted to create a program that fosters connection and community. I have designed a program that will offer the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals while we progress towards our health & fitness goals. This is an 11 week program that will guide you from creating a strong foundation to achieving your Individual goals. The program is heavily focused on Cardio & Sculpting using body weight and light resistance; designed to burn fat and create long lean muscles. In addition to the physical goals, we will collectively work on mindfulness & wellbeing. It is so incredibly important to have a solid support system, and that includes supporting yourself in a positive and healthy way! In this time it is so important for us to build routines and connect with others, this will be an opportunity to reset your healthy habits physically and socially.
Program Details:
Will determine the best time for everyone who is interested and will hold a few classes a week at different times based on everyone's availability. Program will start on MARCH 15th and complete just in time for Memorial Day weekend!

Drop in per class: $15
8 Class pack/1 month of the program: $88 ($11/class)
22 Class pack/Full program: $220 ($10/class)

Week 1 and 2
Building foundational muscles: learning to recruit and use the right muscles, ensuring you are not creating any muscle imbalances as you get stronger. Working on balance. A lot of core, core is your foundation. People tend to skip this step because they feel it is unnecessary, but after one class you will find that neglected muscles will be burning.
Working on flexibility / mobility / stability
Working on Body positivity and positive self talk
Week 3-6
Building on our foundational muscles. Getting stronger. Continuing to sculpt, adding some resistance and weights
Noticing progress in mobility / flexibility / stability and starting to notice reduced recovery time
Working on Body positivity and positive self talk
Week 7-9
If you have been following the program, and giving this all your effort, you should be seeing changes by now and noticing you not only feel a lot stronger but look stronger/leaner/healthier!
These weeks we will really be striving to reach the goals we have individually set
Kicking habits that we want to leave in the past and bringing in new habits that better serve us
Week 10 and 11
The final 2 weeks will include extra cardio. Looking to boost metabolism and burn fat
We leave unneeded/unwanted habits in the past and move forward to actively practice things that better serve us. Confident in our own skin and proud of the effort you put in!
